Non-Compete Agreement:
Since I am also a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia I can provide you with a non-compete agreement stating that I am not acting in a Realtor capacity nor will I work with your clients in that capacity for a period of one year following the staging. I do this to assure my fellow Realtors that I am only there to help you get your listings sold.
